Win Tickets to the Adventure Cinema Drive-In

The UK's biggest drive-in cinema tour is coming to the former Filton Airfield this month.

We are excited to announce that Adventure Cinema, the touring outdoor cinema company, will be hosting Adventure Drive-In here in Bristol on the former Filton Airfield. Inn association with Tesco, they will be offering a unique cinema experience enjoyed from the comfort and safety of your car, parked on the now disused runway.

From 17 – 20 September, you can watch outdoor screenings of your favourite classics including Knives Out, The Invisible Man, Grease, Dirty Dancing, The Greatest Showman, Back to the Future, Pretty Woman, Lion King, Jurassic Park and Joker.

The events will be contact-free, with all cars parked to allow for social distancing and additional measures put in place for a safe event experience, following all government guidelines.

To celebrate, we are offering our social media followers the chance to win tickets for either the Oscar winning Disney film, The Lion King, or the Agatha Christie inspired thriller, Knives Out.

The competition which opens on Tuesday 1 September and closes at midnight on Tuesday 8 September, will run on two separate platforms: Facebook and Instagram, Winners will be announced on Wednesday 9 September, so make sure you check our social media pages on the day.

Please note, one ticket is equal to one car and does not include vans. Large cars and people carriers are allowed but may be positioned towards the back to allow other customers better viewing.

The former Filton Airfield is owned by YTL and is currently being transformed into Brabazon new neighbourhood and earlier this year, our plans to repurpose the Brabazon Hangars to create an arena for Bristol and the South West were granted planning permission.

Entrants to the competition must be over the age of 18. There is no monetary value, no cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable. The judges’ decision is final and YTL Arena will not enter into any correspondence. Winners will be notified via social media. If they do not respond within 48 hours an alternative winner will be chosen. The winner may be required to partake in media activity relating to the competition.
